Yorgos Saslis 2a758c9487 cob/test: Fix colliding signing keys ...

Signing keys generated by `r#gen::<SigningKey>(n)` may collide,
leading to failure.

`SigningKey::mock(n)` derives the key from `n`, so keys
are distinct and stable across runs.
