Rūdolfs Ošiņš 2b001b59c8 Improve CI pipelines 
- drop custom container, we don't want to maintain a hand-crafter
  container anymore
- use .nvmrc node version as single source of truth, also in gh actions
- bump playwright version, required to work on node >=24

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 3ef1eb612e Add local release pipeline and migrate CI to GitHub Actions 
Builds macOS DMG, Linux amd64 deb and AppImage from a single macOS
Apple Silicon machine using Podman containers. See RELEASE.md and
scripts/release for details.

Replaces Woodpecker CI with GitHub Actions workflows for lint, unit
tests, e2e tests, and Arch package validation.
