Rūdolfs Ošiņš c873c9fc88 desktop: Fix math rendering in markdown 
The sanitizer allowlist strips KaTeX's markup, and index.html never
loaded katex.min.css, so math has only ever shown up as flat text. We
now typeset math after sanitizing and load the stylesheet.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 983fff9006 Move everything into desktop/ 
In preparation for merging radicle-desktop into radicle-gui. It's a pure rename, so git can follow every file across the move.
