Instead of having one record per service, we configure the host
and expect services to run on certain ports.

Alexis Sellier 5226591a63 Reduce number of requests for profiles 
Introduce two types of profile: a 'full' and a 'minimal'.
The minimal is used when only the avatar is required, which
is in most places. Requests for an org view is reduced by 3x.

Since we start using https://self.id for managing and linking DIDs with
ETH addresses we no longer need this route and the required packages

Alexis Sellier 2928e2fe14 Implement org profile fallback 
When an org doesn't have its own profile, but its owner does,
we fallback on that profile.

This allows for "user" orgs, where a user keeps his projects
anchored under an org, but all profile information under the user.
