Sebastian Martinez 25135c7025 Remove Ethereum functionality 
This commit removes everything Ethereum related, this includes:
- profile pages (which relied on Ethereum information)
- testnet faucet
- vesting contract lookup
- .radicle.eth ENS registrations

Sebastian Martinez 4b58539eff Vendor onig WASM dependency 
Instead of letting `starry-night` fetch the `vscode-oniguruma` WASM, we
fetch it from the `node_modules` folder and do the same in the e2e
tests.
For this to work we need to update `starry-night` to version `1.5.0`

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 2c022a40df Add visual snapshot tests 
We use the cache Github action to store snapshots when pushing to master and
then load them in pull requests and run the visual tests against it.

This way we don't have to commit the images to the repository and always
get diffs to the latest master.
