Adds a listitem renderer overwrite to marked which
wraps everything that is inside a <li> which isn't only single <p> tag
into a <div class="list-content"> which we give a margin: 1rem 0;

Starting out for cleaning lines like `commit.commit...`
This commit removes the `CommitContext` type which isn't in Heartwood
anymore.
Also the CommitVerifiedBadge component isn't of use, since we
haven't this information currently, will bring back eventually

- Clicking on the project in various places goes now to `../<rid>`
instead of `../<rid>/tree/<commit>`
- Project URL on seed allows trailing slash, eg. `../<rid>/`
- Navigating to a project URL with a `remotes/<nodeId>` suffix works now
correctly w or w/o trailing slash

clients.radicle.xyz got migrated to Heartwood. Removed pax to have an
even number of projects and they align in two rows.

Also don't show the connect button in the mobile layout. We don't
support running nodes on mobile anyway.
