This only enables the slashed zero font variant. We remove the other
settings because they mess up the monospace Jetbrains font in diffs.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 6e049197ef Remove apple-touch-icon from index.html 
Firefox uses it as favicon by mistake, this icon has a black background
and is only intended for apple homescreen. It should be enough to just
have the filename for apple devices.

Moving the theme toggle inside a settings dropdown in-place.
Adding a switch for the used monospace font, user can either use the
OS or browser default, or switch to "JetBrains Mono".
