Rūdolfs Ošiņš 1df28abed2 Show comments that are thread replies to the issue body 
Previously treated the issue body as a comment and people could post a
thread reply to that first comment. Now we treat the first comment as
the issue body and disallow replying to it via a thread. There are still
some old replies, we show them as regular comments.

It will show either "Opened x days ago" or "Updated x days ago"
depending whether there is one or multiple revisions.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš cc2e5a1a67 Prevent logo flickering when loading 
We set the logo size so that it takes up the same space before it is
loaded as when it is fully loaded. This way the search bar doesn't get
pulled to the left and there is no visual flickering.
