Both apps carry diverging copies of the same domain logic. Record where
shared logic lives, which types it uses and how it moves over.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 84995442a5 Add ADR for extracting shared UI code 
ADR 2 now only covers how the apps consume shared code, so its notes
on the extraction strategy move here. All three root ADRs are accepted
with this patch.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 954222cb11 Add ADRs for repository layout and shared UI code 
Most copy-pasting between the two front-ends happens in UI code. These
propose making explorer and desktop siblings and sharing code from
source, without an npm workspace for now.
