Sebastian Martinez 4bb0e72841 Remove hash routing 
Since we don't have or want any deployments on IPFS, and we don't have
much use for hash routing else, we can clean up some code and remove
some tests.

We use built in devices for testing instead of our own custom ones.
Split up desktop and mobile visual tests for better separation.

Sebastian Martinez 23895bd826 Remove continue-on-error from e2e tests 
This has introduced CI issues where e2e tests show up as successfull
as workflow but when entering the workflow show up as failed.
This is due to the nature of `continue-on-error` which marks a workflow
as successfull even if there where errors

Sebastian Martinez aa2ce409fb Update GitHub CI 
Due to us moving to Radicle, we need to implement the following changes.

- We don't need the CI to run on pull_requests anymore.
- We want the CI to run on any push.
- For visual tests we don't want to update any comments and just fail
  the test and upload the artifacts for checking.

Thomas Scholtes 40f2b3e516 Tests automatically use heartwood binaries from local test folder 
It’s not necessary anymore to add the folder with the heartwood test
binaries to `PATH` before running the end-to-end tests.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 972b5ccf20 Remove playwright dependency install steps 
It seems like the tests on CI work just fine without installing the
deps. We assume the deps are already installed in the ubuntu image.

This saves build time and our builds still work when the azure servers
that provide the deps are down.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš 2c022a40df Add visual snapshot tests 
We use the cache Github action to store snapshots when pushing to master and
then load them in pull requests and run the visual tests against it.

This way we don't have to commit the images to the repository and always
get diffs to the latest master.
