We tell users to check their firewall and ad blocker settings in case
they bump into authentication problems. This also separates out the
modal to be only used by the session view.
- Handle ResponseParseErros, ResponseErrors and normal errors
differently.
- Show them all in the same `LoadError` view
- Add a subtitle to give users some more information on what could have
gone wrong.
- Add more properties to the copyable error message to make debugging
easier.
- Due to missing preferredSeed config option we where trying to connect to
seed.radicle.garden on the fixture creation.
- This commit also starts first nodes before httpds due to the config
being updated by the node.
Previously the theme was only loaded when the <ThemeSettings> component
was loaded in the footer. This stopped working since we removed the
layout around the loading spinner.
We change the instructions to connect to a local node to use the
simplified authentication flow.

If a comment or an issue had at least one additional edit, we show a `edited` label,
which on hover shows the standard tooltip with more information on
who edited it and when.
Also does some refactoring for `action`, `editable` and other variables
we were using which weren't very clear

We still allow already published URLs with `/seeds/` in them to be
resolved.

We use `defaultHttpdPort` for both exposed ports like on
seed.radicle.xyz as also for local ports e.g. radicle.local.
This worked fine, for now but has shown the first issues, when external
ports like 443 show up in the radicle.local connection dashboard.

We had a regression because of introducing marked-linkify-it, which took
links for CONTRIBUTING.md or HACKING.md as domains of a new page instead
than files to be navigating to.
This commit sets the `fuzzyLink` option for marked-linkify-it to false,
which disables this behavior
Also tests that the browser tree expands itself when navigating to a
file inside a directory

We were always calling `replace` and not passing the desired action in
the `navigateInternalOnAnchor`, this was leading to the URL not updating
when e.g. clicking on file URLs in Markdown renders.
By passing the action to the `navigate` fn instead we can also take the
`push` action into account.
Test have been written to guarantee this works
