Sebastian Martinez 691e0255fb Improve handling of localStorage and svelte stores 
Also moving the svelte-stored-writable package into the repo.
So we have it closer for maintenance, we can eventually rewrite it in
svelte 5 runes later.

Sebastian Martinez d216caec7d Improve catching of errors when loading routes 
- Handle ResponseParseErros, ResponseErrors and normal errors
  differently.
- Show them all in the same `LoadError` view
- Add a subtitle to give users some more information on what could have
  gone wrong.
- Add more properties to the copyable error message to make debugging
  easier.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš b3e212ff5b Load theme in top-level App.svelte 
Previously the theme was only loaded when the <ThemeSettings> component
was loaded in the footer. This stopped working since we removed the
layout around the loading spinner.

Thomas Scholtes f2eb867d1f Don’t use disabled Popover 
We stop using the disabled `Popover` component. Instead of using the
disabled component it is simpler to just not use the component at all.
This also avoids issues where the toggle button of the `Popover` was
nested inside the button in `src/App/Header/Authenticate.svelte` which
in turn created problems with `.getByRole` selectors in tests.

Because of this change we can also drop the use of `NodeId` in places
where it simply displays the node ID and avatar.

Rūdolfs Ošiņš d7fc70a1f3 Don't show "Source" segment in breadcrumbs 
It is redundant, we can already go to the "Source"/"Files" tab by
clicking on the project title in the breadcrumbs.

This also fixes some of the links that were linking to "Source"
incorrectly.
