rustup is packaged in Ubuntu noble (universe), so install it via
apt instead of piping the rustup-init script from sh.rustup.rs.
Removes one remote connection from the docker build.

Force-bundle libjpeg.so.8 (Fedora/RHEL lack the libjpeg8 ABI the bundled
gdk-pixbuf needs) and strip the mismatched bundled glib core so the whole
glib stack resolves from the host. Repackage with mksquashfs, reusing the
AppImage's own runtime, so the step fetches nothing from the network.
Builds macOS DMG, Linux amd64 deb and AppImage from a single macOS

Replaces Woodpecker CI with GitHub Actions workflows for lint, unit
