Extracts the validation message out of the `TextInput` component.
For a nice and flexible layout we should render the validation message
outside of the `TextInput` component and just do text input.

Allow track and untrack of a project through the TrackButton
...
- Add support for checking the tracking table from `radicle-httpd` to
get a more precise information if the project is being tracked by the
local node.
- If a user isn't authenticated with their local httpd instance, we
still show the Popover to explain how to do it on the CLI

which on hover shows the standard tooltip with more information on
who edited it and when.

Don’t use disabled Popover
...
We stop using the disabled `Popover` component. Instead of using the
disabled component it is simpler to just not use the component at all.
This also avoids issues where the toggle button of the `Popover` was
nested inside the button in `src/App/Header/Authenticate.svelte` which
in turn created problems with `.getByRole` selectors in tests.
Because of this change we can also drop the use of `NodeId` in places
where it simply displays the node ID and avatar.

Rename tracking to seeding
...
Following the heartwood release 6ca7da2 we also rename tracking
to seeding, and update our `radicle-httpd` endpoints and configs.
Also updates test suites to handle new CLI commands.

Fix commit list line in Firefox on linux retina screens
...
We make the line that covers the bottom part of the commit connector
line wider, so that it always covers the border. This should also fix
the line appearing when decreasing text size.
