Skye Soss b261f59f0d nix: Add hash for radicle-job git dependency 
935b023 patched radicle-job to a git source, so Cargo.lock now carries
a git+https entry. importCargoLock cannot vendor a git dependency
without an explicit hash.

Lorenz Leutgeb ce583ff078 rust: 1.84.1 → 1.90 
Also make sure that the `rust-src` component is installed via
`rustup`, and update `/nix/radicle-desktop.nix` accordingly.

Lorenz Leutgeb 741c1ca8ed nix: Fix reference to radicle crate 
In e6db48b69d the crate changed from a
Git-based dependency to a regular crates.io dependency, so no separate
output hash is required.

Refactor the radicle-desktop build function in the flake by splitting it into
an external file. Use file-based scoping to prevent access to global symbols
within the build function.
