Rūdolfs Ošiņš 935b02308a Upgrade rust dependencies 
Upgrade all radicle-* dependencies to the latest versions regardless of
cooldown and the remaining rust dependencies honoring cooldown period.

Lorenz Leutgeb ce583ff078 rust: 1.84.1 → 1.90 
Also make sure that the `rust-src` component is installed via
`rustup`, and update `/nix/radicle-desktop.nix` accordingly.
