Sebastian Martinez 25135c7025 Remove Ethereum functionality ...

This commit removes everything Ethereum related, this includes:
- profile pages (which relied on Ethereum information)
- testnet faucet
- vesting contract lookup
- .radicle.eth ENS registrations
