Han Xu c3d9a2bdc5 refactor design: part 2 
- Add a code browsing test
- Update design doc, mainly Code Browsing and Diff.
- Simplify `Directory`.
- Remove `Tree` and `Forest`, and `SystemType`.
- Use `Rev` in `diff()`.
