Fintan Halpenny	8d451e3d9d	nix: update to rust-1.66 ... Rust 1.66.0 was announced[0]. The code fixes were all for the clippy warning regarding needless borrows. The doc tool now parses for HTML, so any <placeholder> now needs to be wrapped in backticks, i.e. `<placeholder>`. Fintan Halpenny	ce7dc3890a	meta: use long crate names ... To help with clarity and potential publishing of the crates, the full `radicle-` prefix is used for the crate names. Note that it wasn't chosen got `git-ref-format` and `git-trailers` since they are truly general libraries (bar the feature flag for link specific reference names).
