Fintan Halpenny ddbdbea932 git-trailers: improve usage of OwnedTrailer 
OwnedTrailer was lacking a Debug impl and access to its values.

Add a Debug derivation for OwnedTrailer and OwnedToken. Make token and
values public. Add Deref implementation for OwnedToken.
