Show Linux launcher name as Radicle
On Linux, Tauri derives the deb/rpm package name from productName with no way to set them independently. We override productName to radicle-desktop so the package is named correctly, which would otherwise also force the launcher entry to read radicle-desktop. Add a custom .desktop template that hardcodes Name=Radicle while keeping the package name unchanged.

Custom .desktop template for Linux bundles, referenced from
tauri.linux.conf.json (bundle.linux.deb.desktopTemplate).
On Linux, Tauri derives the package name (deb/rpm) from `productName`, with
no way to set the two independently (https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/issues/13999,
still open). We override `productName` to "radicle-desktop" in
tauri.linux.conf.json so the package and its artifacts are named
"radicle-desktop" (the Arch PKGBUILD also globs on that name). The cost is
that the launcher/menu entry would otherwise read "radicle-desktop" too.
This template is Tauri's built-in default with a single change: `Name` is
hardcoded to "Radicle" instead of `{{name}}`, so the app shows as "Radicle"
in the desktop environment while the package stays "radicle-desktop". Keep
every other line in sync with Tauri's default template on major upgrades.
