Playwright is more flexible and has better developer experience than Cypress.
We add end to end tests covering:

  - project source browsing
    - tree view
    - commit list view
    - commit view
  - routing
    - hash based
    - history API based
  - clipboard copy paste functionality
  - seed view
  - project search
  - landing page view
  - settings

Sebastian Martinez d45e21c82d Add settings dropdown 
Moving the theme toggle inside a settings dropdown in-place.
Adding a switch for the used monospace font, user can either use the
OS or browser default, or switch to "JetBrains Mono".

Sebastian Martinez a8b4b4f2ef Improve handling of app base 
To differenciate between which base assets should take, we need a `base`
const in `router/index` that any function or component can consult so we
don't get issues between relative and absolute paths.

Sebastian Martinez c8b99a8b74 Removes compilerOptions and chunk size warnings 
We split some third party packages into their own bundles to reduce the
size of the index.js bundle.
We also don't need hmr ever in production.

Sebastian Martinez c757f8df8b Handle empty string in Markdown component 
We expect the `Markdown` component to receive a `content: string`, but
we also check if `content` is truthy before rendering anything, and this
can get messy when `content` is an empty string.

Fixed by removing the truthy check for `content`.

features and unlikely to change or be user configurable out of `config.json`.
Decouple configuration from wallet state.
