Simplify share button link resolution
...
We just use the radicleExplorer that is configured in the app config and
don't query the node for it. Besides simplifying things this also makes
the button work on iOS again, because we don't have the async http
request anymore.

Fix overflow problem in diff view
...
When selecting a range of lines and scrolling past the sticky header,
the selection would be on top of the header. This fixes it.

Check arch for podman build
...
Usually going with Darwin -> aarch64 and the rest fallback to amd64
isn't a bad choice, but I think we can do better by checking `arch` so a
device like a Raspberry which has an ARM CPU is able to run the build
script.

Add InlineTitle component
...
This new component doesn't rely on marked.js but escapes any special
characters and then replaces any backtick with a <code> HTML tag to
render any inline codeblocks in all titles.

...
We used the `RADICLE_VERSION` env variable to display the node version,
which as of recently matched always the `radicle-httpd` version.
Since the separation this isn't the case anymore, and the user agent
seems a more reliable metric.

- don't keep the tooltip open when hovering over it
- offset the tooltip to the right, so it doesn't overlap with other
content
- tweak colors so it pops out of the background more
- tweak elevation shadows to stand out more
