Sebastian Martinez 7ba5ce0f60 Refactor source params into separate object 
We had a lot variables that we had to pass down from the project view,
and only very few where important to the reactivity of the components.

By using the resolved Promise from `getProject` as transport we can use
now the `source` variable and get the required params by destructuring
it.

In short we can pack now the following params:
```
urn, org, user, seed, peer, project, branches, peers, config, anchors
```

Sebastian Martinez 4b2c14e42e Refactor project browser 
Extracts the header part of the project browser into a separate
component, some props and functions not necessary anymore in `Browser`
are passed into `Header` or into the superior project `View` and the
clickable parts of the header part are managed by Svelte Events.

This prepares the stage for commit listing and commit details.

Sebastian Martinez 68395bceb2 Refactor responsive and fix mobile toggle nav 
- Removes the base property from vite.config, until a better solution
  has been found, wasn't able to reproduce it locally in production
  build though.
- Moves desktop and mobile classes from components to index.css
- Used a own CSS hide mechanism for the ellipsis menu.
- Shortens the addresses in org and users view, and wraps orgs in user
  view
