When loading a ETH address as vesting contract we show a cryptic error
message, which non tech-savy end users don't understand, this commit
changes it to something more human readable.
We allow users to enter and load a contract that probably isn't a
vesting contract.
The `getInfo` function in the `vesting` folder is very prone to possible
errors, and benefits from some parallelization between all the method
calls.
We allow hereby to enter a contract address in search and once on the
contract profile page we provide a link to the detailed vesting
information if available.

It seems like the tests on CI work just fine without installing the
deps. We assume the deps are already installed in the ubuntu image.
This saves build time and our builds still work when the azure servers
that provide the deps are down.

This makes sure that the stubs are always loaded before the app.
We assume that previously the load order was not deterministic due to
the dynamic import.

Instead of letting `starry-night` fetch the `vscode-oniguruma` WASM, we
fetch it from the `node_modules` folder and do the same in the e2e
tests.
For this to work we need to update `starry-night` to version `1.5.0`

It looks like there was maybe a regression at some point and
we lost the colors on the code and blockquote blocks. This adds
them back. We also give blockquotes some padding like regular
paragraphs.

There were some issues in how we handled the state param in the url
querystring in the issue and patch listings.
This commit should improve this, and allow for better usage of
querystring params in the future.

We use the cache Github action to store snapshots when pushing to master and
then load them in pull requests and run the visual tests against it.
This way we don't have to commit the images to the repository and always
get diffs to the latest master.

It's not working with our current seed nodes and is confusing to users.
It also prevents us from upgrading transitive dependencies.

Includes the move from the `svelte-preprocess` package for preprocessing
to `@sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte` which allows us to use Vite also for
preprocessing.
Also had to remove the `vite-plugin-rewrite-all` again since they don't
support vite@4. So I wrote the plugin myself and without the dependecies
used by `vite-plugin-rewrite-all`.

This allows people to either search for their vesting contract through
the search form or visit directly `vesting/<contract address>`
