- Add support for checking the tracking table from `radicle-httpd` to
get a more precise information if the project is being tracked by the
local node.
- If a user isn't authenticated with their local httpd instance, we
still show the Popover to explain how to do it on the CLI
We change the instructions to connect to a local node to use the
simplified authentication flow.

If a comment or an issue had at least one additional edit, we show a `edited` label,
which on hover shows the standard tooltip with more information on
who edited it and when.
Following the heartwood release 6ca7da2 we also rename tracking
to seeding, and update our `radicle-httpd` endpoints and configs.
Also updates test suites to handle new CLI commands.
We currently use all three ways of importing lodash.
The one that provides us with the smalles bundle size is.
```
import isEqual from "lodash/isEqual";
```
So we should use that everywhere
We stop asking for confirmation to remove the folders containing the
static generated fixtures. All the data is programatically generated so
it’s not a big deal if it is lost. In any case the data is retained
after a test run and only deleted before the next test run.

Instead of showing the node id with a clipboard that copies a possible
wrong port number, this commit adds the externalAddresses config to the
node detail view, so node operators can define which externalAddresses
should show up.

Also does some refactoring for `action`, `editable` and other variables
we were using which weren't very clear

- This commit doesn't change the way syntax highlighting is done.
- But due to changes in `radicle-httpd` we can highlight the entire
files of a changeset, and then replace the plain text lines with
highlighted ones.
- Also highlights only the files currently visible of a changeset.

libgit2 optimizes around not loading the content, when there's no
content callbacks configured.
So we aren't able to get a clear answer from radicle-surf if a file in a
diff is a binary or not.
A simple way without doing additional API requests is to check if the
file type is a executable and if there are no hunks (since we don't get
any deltas in binaries), this is a strong
indicator for a binary.

Since Heartwood is removing some of the radicle-node options we were
relying on when starting nodes for our tests, we need to move those to
the `config.json` file.
To make it more DX friendly, I added a `NodeConfigurator` class which
reads the correspondig `config.json`, stores it and allows to configure
it before starting a node.

Instead of going with project activity which is being stripped
everything that is older than one year, we should look at the current
project head time.
