Adds two new records:

* eth.radicle.seed.api
* eth.radicle.seed.git

When specified, these override `eth.radicle.seed.host` for Git
and the HTTP API, respectively.

Alexis Sellier 5226591a63 Reduce number of requests for profiles 
Introduce two types of profile: a 'full' and a 'minimal'.
The minimal is used when only the avatar is required, which
is in most places. Requests for an org view is reduced by 3x.
