Sebastian Martinez be0ff349df Move signer into session store

The Metamask and WalletConnect signer are updated one any account
change, but currently we store them only in the static config object.
This commit moves this to the session store to improve this behaviour

Radicle Interface

✨ Interact with Radicle.

Available Scripts

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits. You will also see any lint errors in the console.

npm run build

Builds a static copy of your site to the build/ folder. Your app is ready to be deployed!
