Improve catching of errors when loading routes
...
- Handle ResponseParseErros, ResponseErrors and normal errors
differently.
- Show them all in the same `LoadError` view
- Add a subtitle to give users some more information on what could have
gone wrong.
- Add more properties to the copyable error message to make debugging
easier.

Add update script for heartwood version and flake
...
Use this script to update tests/support/heartwood-version and keep the
flake in sync with it.
Alternatively, run the script as
scripts/update-flake $(cat tests/support/heartwood-version)
to bring the flake back into sync.
This also updates the flake.lock and the updates the state of the npm
dependencies when run from a nix-enabled system.

Set Revision expanded state only on first mount
...
Instead of recalculating the expanded state of a revision on any
`patch.revisions` variable change, we should just use it once on Mount
and then let the `Revision` component manage their expanded state
internally.
