Sebastian Martinez 3b7bdd7978 Remove IDX route and unnecessary dependencies 
Since we start using https://self.id for managing and linking DIDs with
ETH addresses we no longer need this route and the required packages

This will allow the user to create and manage their DIDs with
https://self.id and we'll be reading from the gateway endpoint

Alexis Sellier 2928e2fe14 Implement org profile fallback 
When an org doesn't have its own profile, but its owner does,
we fallback on that profile.

This allows for "user" orgs, where a user keeps his projects
anchored under an org, but all profile information under the user.
