Sebastian Martinez 7dab02c273 Change .eslintrc file format to js and add tsconfigRootDir

Depending on the environment and the code editor, there can be issues
for eslint to find the tsconfig.json file.
To avoid that we can define the base folder with `tsconfigRootDir`

Radicle Interface

✨ Interact with Radicle.

Available Scripts

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits. You will also see any lint errors in the console.

npm run build

Builds a static copy of your site to the build/ folder. Your app is ready to be deployed!

Deployments

Latest production deployment 👉 https://app.radicle.xyz

If you want to connect to pre-heartwood seed nodes, you can run the app locally using the legacy tag, available by running git checkout legacy.
