Sebastian Martinez 7eff5995c7 Add seedGit to getRegistration destructuring

We were destructuring an array of promises into individual values, but
we forgot to add `seedGit` as a new value, this gave issues for the
creation of a new EnsProfile.

Radicle Interface

✨ Interact with Radicle.

Available Scripts

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits. You will also see any lint errors in the console.

npm run build

Builds a static copy of your site to the build/ folder. Your app is ready to be deployed!
