Lars Wirzenius dcdf9060cf chore: change dependency on Radicle to come via git URL 
Specifying it via a file path meant that the build needs to have the
dependency checked out in a specific location. The git URL avoids that
and also means the build will fail unless all files in the dependency
are committed to git.
