Lorenz Leutgeb 6309f516c6 explorer: Allow passing seed and base as arguments 
Also take a default value from configuration.

Fix all usages and change some hardcoded links to use the filter.

Lorenz Leutgeb c23a29d6b0 layout/page: Use aside and to keep DRY 
The aside was copied into every page, which invites inconsistency. To
avoid that, move it to the layout.

As a bonus, our RSS feed is also less redundant now.
