Lars Wirzenius 71ff4e8ec1 feat: add new function get_sources_from_node_or_dir 
This is a complement of the get_sources function. I don't want to extend
the existing function to avoid unplesant surprises. If the new function
works well in practice, I'll phase out the old one over time.

Lars Wirzenius 0e7ddc020f feat: add a sub-crate with things needed by an adapter implement in Rust 
Move radicle_ci_broker::msg::* to radicle_ci_adapter::*. This is meant
to make building adapters in Rust to build much faster, as they only
need to build new radicle_ci_adapter crate, not the whole of
radicle_ci_broker.

Lars Wirzenius 12a32a0798 fix: disable generation of sample messages 
The "signer" change in Radicle broke this and I can't figure out how to
do fix this, while using a mock repository. I'll disable it for now.
