TIL that svelte5 reactivity doesn't apply to destructured renamed
variables.
By renaming `repos: initialRepos` and then using `initialRepos` in a
`$state` rune, changes to the `repos` prop will not be taken into
account.

Convert cob actions into customized desktop actions
...
This commit allows us to e.g. convert the Set of DIDs we obtain from
assignee actions on cobs into a Set of Authors with their Aliases.
Also it introduces the `FromRadicleAction` trait which can be
implemented for any type of enum we get from the `radicle` create to
convert into a type which is better suited for us.
Removes also any calling the `alias` command in the `PatchTimeline` or
`IssueTimeline` since we already get the alias from the backend the
first time now.

Update Nix flake to run e2e tests
...
This fixes the e2e testing in the Nix flake. It also requires locking the SHA of
`radicle` since it is a Git dependency in the `Cargo.toml`.
Running the update also automatically applied a change to change `reply_to` to
`replyTo` in `Action.ts`.

Instead of displaying the first revision of a patch, we should in
general send users to the latest revision of a patch and let user then
decide if they want to get more context.

This allows us for onboarding to e.g. fail if there is no profile around
and guide new users through identity creation.
Also it makes the tauri run function easier to understand

It's normal that some of the "alias" queries return a 404 if a DID can't
be looked up, in this case the endpoint returns a 404 and we just log
it.

...
Instead of relying on actions of previous labels or assignees, we should
always display changes to labels and assignees which can also happen on
creation of an issue or patch.
Also makes use of the `pluralize` helper function instead of
reimplementing it.
