It provides how to install the toolchain, start the node, initialise a
repository, clone a repository, and next steps.
On the index, instead of linking to the user guide, link to this guide
instead for getting started.

guides: use "namespace" over "fork"
...
The term fork has certain connotations, and can be confused between
soft-fork and hard-fork.
Since the underlying representation is a Git namespace, use the term
namespace(s) instead – relating it to the idea of a soft-fork.

guides/user: improve copy retrieving DID and NID
...
The command for getting the NID was successfully updated.
However, the copy did not quite match up and implied that `rad self` contained information about the NID.
The copy is improved to be clear about which commands are required for which information.
